Chorley New Road / New Hall Lane Junction

In addition to the proposed upgrades for Bolton Town Centre to Doffcocker (Phase One) scheme, the junction at A673 Chorley New Road and New Hall Lane has been identified as benefitting from improvements.

The A673 Chorley New Road / New Hall Lane Junction scheme will look to provide a new toucan crossing* on Chorley New Road, east of New Hall Lane to make it easier for people travelling by foot, wheelchair, bike, trike or scooter.
