Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM)
TfGM will undertake an assurance role, on behalf of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) as the scheme is funded by MCF. For funding to be released, the scheme will need to submit a Business Case for approval. The Review Panel will present approval recommendations to the Cycling and Walking Delivery Board (CWDB) and the Greater Manchester Cycling and Walking Board (GMCWB). The GMCWB will recommend schemes for Gateway Approval to the GMCA. Only once fully approved by the GMCA, will schemes be granted relevant Gateway Approval status.
In addition to this role, TfGM will also analyse data collected from the questionnaires, which will be aggregated, so you will not be identified.

Bolton Council
The Council is responsible for collecting information regarding the issues of safe movement in the borough, analysing it and consequential actions.
Personal information retained by, or submitted to, Bolton Council is governed and protected by the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). AECOM
AECOM is supporting Bolton Council in developing the MCF schemes and the role includes analysis of data gathered through this engagement. Data collected from the questionnaires will be aggregated, so you will not be identified. Anonymised data will be utilised for the purposes of feedback on the proposed scheme and any potential scheme development.
